Reiki
Reiki is a simple, yet powerful healing energy system that helps to restore harmony within the body, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. You simply cannot pour from an empty cup! Reiki can help you to fill your cup, rest, relax and rejuvenate so that you can release blockages, feel balanced and centred and find peace and calm within.

Tapping (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly known as Tapping, is a ground-breaking therapy combining psychotherapy and acupressure which stimulates various meridian points on the face and body to relieve stress, anxiety, grief, fears, phobias and much more. Tapping brings a calming effect on the amygdala (the stress centre of the brain) and the hippocampus (the memory centre). It brings the body out of fight or flight response and allows you to shift the energy from emotions you've been holding in your body.
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)
IET, also known as healing with the angels, is a hands-on healing modality that helps to clear away emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energy blockages. This beautiful healing modality invites nine healing angels to assist in removing these blockages. It can painlessly clear past and present issues at a deep cellular level.
Rahanni Celestial Healing
Rahanni means 'Of One Heart'. It is a high vibrational modality focusing on balancing the mind, body and soul by connecting deeper into the energy of the heart, solar plexus and third eye to facilitate healing of the physical body and the chakra system. It harmonises the masculine and feminine energies to bring in more love, creativity and joy into your life. It is supported by the archangels Kwan Yin and Melchizedek and the main intention is for truth, love and compassion.
Remote Healing
Reiki, IET and Rahanni remote healing treatments have all the benefits of an in-person treatment without having to leave your own home! These treatments have provided a lot of relief from stress and anxiety for many clients who are unable to travel to my treatment room.
Cost
Reiki In person/online
€75 - 75 minute session
Each 75 minute session includes a brief chat, a full healing, followed by a breakdown of my experience of the treatment and the option to have an oracle card selection.

About Me
My Energy Healing Journey
On the 27th of June 2017 my 11 year old son was diagnosed with Leukaemia. There are simply no words to describe how broken-hearted my family was. I first took Alex to an energy healer in his first month of intensive cancer treatment and he loved it. From then on, he would regularly ask to see his healer which was a lovely respite from chemotherapy. It allowed him to relax to such a deep state that he often fell asleep and the light behind his eyes was always brighter after Reiki. I decided I wanted to be able to give him the gift of Reiki any time he wanted, from the comfort of his own home and so, my own Reiki journey began. Reiki has been such an integral part of Alex's journey to recovery and now Alex is well, thank God!
This is the reason why I trained as a Reiki Master after 19 years of teaching children with special needs. I found my second calling! What a joy! It is a pleasure and a privilege to share Reiki with every client who connects with me. The joy that I get from sharing Reiki is simply wonderful and the feedback from clients always warms my heart. From improved sleep to reduced stress, pain and anxiety, to feeling calmer and more present in their everyday life. Everyone is welcome to my Reiki Room and I have a very special place in my heart for clients going through cancer treatment and children, teenagers and adults suffering from anxiety and stress.
In February 2020 I was called to the beautiful healing energy of IET, In February 2022 I became a master instructor in this beautiful healing modality. I then felt the calling to Rahanni Celestial healing in August 2022 and am delighted to offer this beautiful energy healing too.
